Barbara Butler

Barbara Butler Budget & Administration Manager -  Budget & Finance Division Budget & Administration Manager Barbara Butler was appointed to the Milwaukee Police Department on May 4, 1992.  She first served as an accountant and has been recently promoted to the Budget and Administration Manager. She supervises the personnel assigned to the Budget and Finance Division within the Office of the Chief. Ms. Butler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
