Nov. 4, 2008 - Police Officer Steven Svensson of District Two arrested a felon who had a handgun in his waistband in an alley in the 3900 Block of S. 1st Street. At about 12:42 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, Officer Svensson came across three suspects standing in the alley. One of the suspects, a 25-year-old Milwaukee man, threw a handgun to the ground when Officer Svensson approached. The suspect is a convicted felon. The suspect, along with a 18 year-old Milwaukee man and a 22 year-old Milwaukee woman, were arrested.
