Mayor Barrett to Welcome 40 Earn & Learn Teens to Career Day at Chase Bank
July 29, 2015
On Thursday, July 30, Chase Bank executives will educate Earn & Learn youth about careers in banking, inspiring them to consider banking as a career path. In addition to offering this unique learning experience, Chase will also present Mayor Barrett with a significant contribution to his Earn & Learn program.
Young people working as part of Mayor Barrett’s Earn & Learn Summer Youth Employment Program will be participating in career day activities at Chase Bank. Approximately 40 Earn & Learn teens will be welcomed by Mayor Barrett and Jim Popp, president of Chase Wisconsin. Banking executives will share their experiences in banking, including Mortgage Banking, Business Banking and Consumer Banking.
This is the second year Chase is hosting Earn & Learn young people as part of the Earn & Learn summer work experience. The event was well received last year by all involved, and has been expanded to include more young people.
The event will start at 9 a.m. at the Chase Tower (111 E. Wisconsin Avenue, 12th Floor).
