Meet Alderman Puente's
Chris Cwiklinski is Alderman Puente's legislative assistant at City Hall and can be reached at 286-2868.
Chris is a life-long north side resident, a graduate of UW-Milwaukee, and has extensive experience in the Common Council–City Clerk's Office as a legislative assistant.
Prior to joining Alderman Puente, she worked for Common Council members Suzanne Breier from 2000–2004, for Michael J. Murphy (1996–2000) and the late Steven Cullen (1987–1992). She also worked for several council members as an "auxiliary" legislative assistant, filling in as needed for legislative assistants who were out ill or on vacation.
When you call Alderman Puente's office, you will probably connect with Chris. She acts as Alderman Puente's liaison, and when she advocates for your interests with city departments, she does so with the full power and force of the alderman's office. She is prepared and willing to help you in any way possible and will perform most of the follow-up on completing your request. If both the alderman and Chris are unavailable because they are assisting other constituents, you can leave a message that will be returned. The office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Chris is an auto racing enthusiast and has been organizing and working road racing events at venues such as Road America and Blackhawk Farms (Illinois) for the Milwaukee Region of the Sports Car Club of America since 1977.
