Fond du Lac and North Area Plan

The Fond du Lac and North Area Plan was adopted by the Common Council on March 19, 2004.

Various community organizations and leaders requested that the City prepare a comprehensive plan for the area and offered their assistance in preparing the plan. The Fond du Lac and North Area Plan broadened the impact of the West Fond du Lac Avenue Corridor Plan prepared by Horace Edwards and Assoc. and the Fond du Lac Economic Development Program. The area plan covers a larger area and integrates previous and current plans, studies and programs in a comprehensive approach, with strong partnership from community organizations.
