Timothy K. Hoelter
 

Timothy Hoelter was appointed President of the Board of Harbor Commissioners on August 8, 2008.  Commissioner Hoelter was first commissioned on December 9, 1996 and reappointed every 3 years by the Milwaukee Mayor, recently in 2008. Tim serves on the Board's Finance Committee and has helped the Port grow by 36.5% during his tenure. Tim was Vice President of Government Affairs for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Tim Hoelter is responsible for overseeing government relations at home and abroad, supporting global motorcycle regulations and expanding international sales opportunties through the elimination of trade barriers in foreign markets.  Mr. Hoelter is also Chairman of the U.S. Department of Commerice's Industry Trade Advisory Committee for Consumer Goods.

Ronald San Felippo
 

Commissioner San Felippo was appointed on July 14, 2000. Mr. San Felippo is President of San Felippo Consulting Company, a marketing, management consulting and real estate redevelopment company. He is also a partner in Mifflin Management, Inc. which owns and operates residential and commercial real estate properties. San Felippo's extensive public service history includes having been President of the Milwaukee Board of School Directors, a member of the Milwaukee Public Library Board of Trustees, a Member of the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission and various other social service and arts boards. He is a former Director of  Wisconsin Emergency Management as well as a former Director of the  State Employment Service for Southeastern Wisconsin. He is currently President of the Historic Third Ward Association as well as Chair of the Milwaukee Business Improvement District #2

Craig A. Mastantuono
 

Commissioner Mastantuono was appointed in March 2006. His extensive history in Criminal Law highlights his distinquished career. Commissioner Mastantuono holds a degree in law along with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Craig has written several articles and has given many lectures regarding Criminal Law and defending clients in thier cases. Craig owns his own Law Office, Mastantuono Law Offices,where he operates legal services specializing in criminal and civil trial litigation. He represents clients in misdemeanor and felony cases. Craig plans and directs all operational aspects of his law firm, including marketing, financial planning, and client base management.

Robert J. Bauman
 

Commissioner Bauman became a member of the Board of Harbor Commissioners in April 2004.

Fourth District Alderman Robert J. Bauman is knowan as an advocate on transportation issues and has served on several transportation panels, including the Advisory Committee of the Downtown Transit Connector Study, the Technical Advisory Committee of the East-West Corridor Study, the Transportation Commission of the City of Milwaukee, and the Southeast Wisconsin New Transportation Alliance, Inc. His experience as a business owner has included a company that provided consulting and marketing services to the transportation industry and the public sector, and he founded and served as president of the Milwaukee Rail Car Corporation.

Alderman Bauman is a graduate of Marquette University and the Northwestern University School of Law. He is active in the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, and is a member of the NAACP and 1,000 Friends of Wisconsin.

Claude J. Krawczyk

Mr. Claude Krawczyk was appointed to the Board of Harbor Commissioners by City of Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett on July 30, 2008.

A life long resident of Milwaukee, Mr. Krawczyk has served in many leadership roles within his community, serving as a chairperson, board member, and officer for a number of non-profit organizations since 1988.He has also served as volunteer legal counsel to numerous community organizations helping them to achieve their goals.

Since 1986, Mr. Krawczyk has served as an Attorney for O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong, S.C., a Milwaukee-based law firm, representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions, developers of real property, lenders and borrowers in loan transactions, and business owners drafting and negotiating manufacturing, distribution, and other related agreements and contracts.

 

Kathleen M. Smith

Kathleen Smith was confirmed as a Board of Harbor Commissioner on XXXXXX.  Kathleen graduated with a BS in Business and Accounting from St. Xavier College in Chicago, Illinois. She began her work experience as a Congressional Aide, focusing on Immigration and Naturalization, Social Security Disability and all appointments to the U.S. Military Academies.  She then went on to be an assistant regional partner at Hyatt Legal Services. Kathleen managed finances and investments for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, World Mission Office. Currently, Kathleen is the Financial Officer/Human Resources at the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee, Inc.
 Diane Diel Diane Diel received her J.D. degree from UW Madison Law School. Diane is engaged in private practice of law with vast experience in all facets of civil practice and litigation. She focuses on family law, custody and adoption work. Diane has always been involved in professional activities and has received many honors and awards. Her community involvement includes organizations such as Professional Dimensions, Meta Houses, and the Greater Milwaukee YWCA.
