Burglary – 5600 block of N. 62nd Street @ 8:28 p.m.

An apartment was entered and property taken. A witness observed the suspects leave the apartment. When officers arrived the witness pointed out the suspects in a van. Officers stopped the van in the 5500 block of N. 61st Street. Three suspects – two 19 yearolds and a 16 year-old – were taken into custody and a property
recovered.

Shooting – 1000 block of W. Center Street @ 8:15 p.m.

An 18 year-old male from Milwaukee heard the sound of shots and discovered he had been shot in the ankle. He was admitted to a local hospital for treatment.
