November 2016

Let's Build a STRONGER Milwaukee, Together!

As the holiday season draws near, we give thanks to our community partners that help to build up our neighborhoods and keep them strong all year long. We are proud to work with so many committed organizations and neighborhood residents that help us to share the opportunity of homeownership with so many families in Milwaukee.

To get started on your path to homeownership, attend a homebuyer workshop or join us at an upcoming housing resource fair where you can meet many of our partners and get your homebuying or home repair questions answered. There's also a special $1 lot offer to build your new home in the city, plus a $10,000 forgivable loan incentive!

To help improve our growing city, please fill out one or more of the surveys listed below. It's important to contribute your voice and we want to hear from all Milwaukeeans on what will make our city an even greater place to live for all us.

Additionally, read more below about helpful programs that can save you money and keep your home strong for years to come. The Me2 Milwaukee Energy Efficiency Program will help keep you warm through energy efficient upgrades, the Strong Homes Loan can help you fund essential home repairs and the Health Department can help subsidize replacement of lead-based painted windows.
