Happy Holidays From City Real Estate

Our goal is to help even more residents achieve homeownership in the city of Milwaukee in 2017. And we're on track to meet our goal of selling 450 homes in 2016! Meeting this goal is an important milestone that brings millions of dollars in taxes back to the city.

To get started on your path to homeownership, attend a homebuyer workshop. If becoming an investor in on your list, DNS offers FREE Landlord Training. There's also a special $1 lot offer to build your new home in the city, plus a $10,000 forgivable loan!

To help improve our growing city, please fill out one or more of the surveys listed below. It's important to contribute your voice and we want to hear from all Milwaukeeans on what will make our city an even greater place to live. Let's continue to work together to build stronger neighborhoods.

For all residents, Milwaukee Water Works reminds us to prevent frozen water pipes and water meters this time of year. It's time now to make sure your pipes are exposed to warm air. If emergency or essential repairs are needed to your current home read more about the partially forgivable STRONG Homes Loan Program.

Stay warm and enjoy a happy and healthy holiday season.
