Happy Holidays From City Real Estate

Our goal is to help even more residents achieve homeownership in the city of Milwaukee in 2017. And we're on track to meet our goal of selling 450 homes in 2016! Meeting this goal is an important milestone that brings millions of dollars in taxes back to the city.

To get started on your path to homeownership, attend a homebuyer workshop. If becoming an investor in on your list, DNS offers FREE Landlord Training. There's also a special $1 lot offer to build your new home in the city, plus a $10,000 forgivable loan!

For all residents, Milwaukee Water Works reminds us to prevent frozen water pipes and water meters this time of year. Technical assistance will also be provided to assist with rehab projects.

Public Meeting - S. 27th Street Strategic Action Plan

Join DCD Planning for a second public meeting and learn about the proposed recommendations for spurring revitalization along South 27th Street. This is your chance to provide feedback before we complete the strategic action plan. 

Community Design Solutions at UW-Milwaukee will also share the results from the design charette in which architectural teams generated concept redevelopment ideas for six opportunity sites along the corridor, including the Historic Wildenberg Hotel.
