Happy Holidays

Ring in the Holidays with Real Estate!

Our DCD Real Estate Division isn’t slowing down for the holidays. In fact, we’re on track to meet and exceed our goal of selling 450 homes in 2015. Plus, nearly 200 vacant lots have already sold this year!

Looking ahead and working together with the Strong Neighborhoods Plan and the Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation (NIDC), our goal is to help even more residents achieve homeownership in the city of Milwaukee in 2016. Additionally, meeting and exceeding our yearly sales goal brings millions of dollars in taxes back to the city and provides reduced costs for all taxpayers.

If owning a home of your own and getting more involved in our Milwaukee neighborhoods are on your to-do list, be sure to read below about many unique residential and commercial opportunities, neighborhood news and updates, learning opportunities and training programs, rehab resources, forgivable loans and $1 vacant lots.

We wish a happy and healthy holiday season to you and yours!
