NEW - Landscaping Program Incentive

Guidelines:

• Exclusively for sales of City tax deed properties to owner occupants
• $500 landscaping cash award
• Priority should be given to the front yard
• Landscaping includes Flowers, Sod, Grass Seed, Bushes, Fencing, Miscellaneous
• Six-month maximum timeframe from the date of closing to completion
• After six-month maximum timeframe, incentive is forfeited 

Refund Process:

• Complete the landscaping
• Submit store receipts for purchases or contractor's paid receipt
• Site inspection by Department of City Development personnel
• Approval of refund by Department of City Development personnel
• Refund to be mailed within six weeks.
