Bidding Procedure

All vendors who wish to do business with the City of Milwaukee are required to register for E-notify, the City's exclusive bid notification system. You may register for E-notify at the following site: http://www.milwaukee.gov/eservices/enotify.html.

To determine if your firm might qualify as a Minority, Women or Small Business Enterprise (M/W/SBE), please contact the Office of Small Business Development at 414-286-5553.

Vendors may view a current list of pending bids at the following site: http://city.milwaukee.gov/ProcurementServices327/bids.htm.  Formal bids over $30,000 are also advertised publicly in the Daily Reporter, the current official newspaper of the City of Milwaukee.  A copy of a pending bid may also be obtained from the Procurement Services Section upon request.

Completed bids shall be returned to the Business Operations Division, Procurement Services Section, City Hall, 200 East Wells Street - Room 601, Milwaukee Wisconsin, 53202.
