As of 11:00 am on Saturday, January 31, 2015 the URL (web address) to login to HRMS and Self-Service will change.
Effective February 1st or Pay Period 4 of 2015, all general city employee members of the Employee’ Retirement System who were hired prior to January 1, 2014 will contribute 5.5% of their earnable compensation (i.e., base salary) towards their pension. The following table summarizes employees’ eligibility for salary adjustments as a result of having to make this 5.5% contribution per the WI Supreme Court decision on Act 10.
Clinic services are provided free of cost for City of Milwaukee employees and their spouses/partners and will not be part of deductibles or co-insurance. At this time, dependents are not eligible to attend.
The clinic is located in the Zeidler Municipal Building (through the Market Street entrance) next to the City Wellness Center. The Clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner and medical assistant for 20 hours per week. To make an appointment please call 414-777-3410. Walk-in appointments are also available but scheduled appointments will be given preference.
Tuesday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. / Wednesday 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. / Friday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Employees and spouse/partners covered under the City’s healthcare insurance must bring their UHC insurance card to be seen at the clinic. Employees and spouse/partners not covered under the City’s healthcare insurance, must bring their health insurance card and employee ID or spouse/partner’s ID number.

Earn 100 points between August 1, 2014 and June 30, 2015 to qualify for a $250 Health Reimbursement Account. Phase I must be completed to participant in Healthy Rewards!
