2015 Health Care Benefit Design Changes FAQs for City Employee Health Plan Participants

On July 22, 2014 the Common Council approved health care benefit design changes for 2015. At the same meeting, the Council also approved the expansion of the City Wellness Center to include an onsite Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistant through Froedtert Workforce Health for 20 hours per week for employees and spouses/partners.
