Requirements for Bed and Breakfast Establishments:

• The state requirements can be found in ATCP 73 of the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code.

Permits Required to Operate a Bed and Breakfast Establishment:

• Bed and Breakfast Health License applications are processed by the License Divison of the City Clerk's Office.
• Contact the Department of City Development at (414) 286-8211 for information regarding other city permits and approvals that may be required or check the city's license and permit page.
