The Southeast Side Area Plan was adopted by the Common Council on October 29, 2008.
August 2017 Update: A proposal to amend the Southeast Side Area Plan recommendation for the property at 2372 South Logan has been introduced for consideration by the Common Council. A neighborhood meeting was held to discuss this proposal on September 6th, 2017. The presentation from the September 6th meeting can be viewed here.

Bay View Wetland Master Plan Final Report (April 2014)
A master plan for restoring a wetland on the northern edge of the Bay View district and a sustainable development concept for the Kinnickinnic River Area catalytic project area #3 as described in the comprehensive area plan below. The site is the former Grand Trunk Railroad site on Marina Dr. north of Bay St. The project also furthers the goals of Refresh Milwaukee: City of Milwaukee Sustainability Plan.
